My 1st Biopsy case as Radiology resident and it was a Complex one - Retroperitoneal Adenopathy.

Needle to pass between IVC & Ureter, 1.5 cm from Crossing Renal artery.I was able to plan and place the needle precisely in the 1st attempt by using PIGA
