Case Description: Steroid injection to Facet joint at L5-S1 Level.
Difficulties in Free Hand Technique: It is very difficult to reach 2mm facet joint with single pass. It needs multiple manipulation and check-scan.
ROBIO Assistance Advantages: Robio gives precise plan to reach at a depth of 54mm with orbital angulation of 23.57º. CT guided drug delivery was done with accuracy of 1.25mm with single check scan. Procedure was uneventful.

Difficulties in Free Hand Technique: To reach the deep seated celiac plexus is difficult by Free Hand Technique.
